Housing Loan Cash Rewards — Terms & Conditions
- Applicable to MyHappyHouse members only.
- Members have to inform my housing loan that they are MyHappyHouse members prior to acceptance of Letter of Offer to qualify for the cash reward.
- Not applicable if client is referred by real estate agent(s).
- Applicable only if housing loan advisory is carried out via phone, email and/or fax. Not applicable if advisory involves face to face meeting(s).
- Applicable only to client with no credit issue.
- Applicable only to client with no ongoing lawsuit.
- Applicable only if client engages a lawyer on my housing loan's list of participating law firms for the housing loan application.
